At M. André Picard, 100 m from the owner's house and 320 m above sea level, this beautiful white Creole house on a lawn with swing offers good benefits. Two rooms, television, barbecue, fully equipped kitchen (oven and microwave, dishwasher), and especially lots of space: 120 m ² not counting the garden. The view is superb.

We spent a very pleasant stay in this cottage and were delighted environment (sea view and very exotic garden) as well as hospitality of the owners. However deplored the general lack of cleanliness, neglect in the furnished documents, often outdated, and the mismatched crockery, inadmissible in one 4 epis.

It is a pleasure that we put a commentary concerning the cottage Line and PICARDY André " Les Poinsettias; ". We stayed 2 week 07 12/23/2012. The cottage, the square and the proriétaires are wonderful and exceptional! The cottage is very clean, the view is simply breathtaking! We like peace and nature and we were gata.
The owners are very acceuillants and small treatment with us.
In the lounge, many leaflets to visit the island, and book a gold busy of comments of satisfied people. .et, we also left le nôtre. This cottage is superb and will go back we next year if there is place!

We take a point countering bad commentary on this cottage, written by Castilla, the 02 Sept.2012 and because we hesitated to rent the cottage.

We find intolerable poster of a commentary of this type when the quality of the service and the kindness of the owners are shows!

In the following year Line and André and thank you for your warm welcome in Réunion.

We auusi, we have just spent 15 days in the cottage Line and PICARDY André. We were happy l" together services. Comfortable, Le Gite is maintained, and very well. A marvellous garden and stunning views. Very good address!
