L’ÉTÉ INDIEN
Restaurant with verandah that offers grilled meats, pasta, pizzas, pancakes, an inventive menu and hearty dishes.
Creole, Chinese, French cuisine... this restaurant is at the crossroads of cultures. Under this vast varangue, often crowded with regulars, we eat everything in very generous quantities, and it's always good! Grilled meats, tartars, as well as pasta, pizzas, salads, gratins, crepes and ice cream sundaes. Special mention for the big upside down bowl and the gourmet coffee... for the very hungry only! Reservations are strongly recommended on weekends. An inventive menu and very copious dishes to discover.

Having made a reservation, you arrived around 12:10, you enter, you tell them that you make a reservation for 2, in response " expect outside, the waitress dates venir" , already you arrive and one tells us to go outside.
One has taken each the menu " flavour and tradition". Entry has took the same " achard and roll créole" , it comes with 2 large soup plates with full of lettuces, the achards placed above (the equivalent of a fork) and the roll that went back to a few days already given the taste. You say it to the waiter, returning it recognised that the taste of the roll was sour. As a main dish, I have took the smoked rougail which was mixed with those of the day before (take up), my girlfriend has took chicken combava that was not cooked and without combava, rice, it was rice of the day before at the evening (very dry and into pieces). For dessert we expected + from 20 minutes before the waiter come to enjoy the order. Despite everything, cocktail and desserts are good, the friendly waiter. Around, being from reunion, this restaurant will be removed the dishes from reunion of its menu and be happy to make grill and pizzas or to change chef! to avoid strongly!
