Chef Daniel welcomes you to his home for a workshop in traditional Reunionese cooking over a wood fire, in a spirit of generosity, sharing and good humor. The day begins with an old-fashioned breakfast: rizsofé, pété sausage and homemade grilled ti ca fé. This is followed by the preparation of caris, rougails and a péi cake, all made with local produce of course. Then it's on to samoussas, chilli sweets, bouchons and home-arranged rums for the aperitif, followed by dishes served in traditional banana leaves.
