LA CAZ À EVA
Restaurant in a dead end street of St. Joseph with pleasant service.
From duck breast with raspberries, to Rossini style tournedos, to sea bream with combava, you will travel by discovering this restaurant for connoisseurs, nestled in a cul-de-sac in Saint-Joseph. Here, don't always expect Creole cuisine, but dishes you wouldn't expect in this small town in the Wild South. Local products are given pride of place, such as the famous Langevin trout, which is rarely found in local restaurants. And it's a joy. The setting is a little cold, but the service is pleasant.
