This family-run restaurant on Saint-Paul's waterfront is unique in that it serves cocktails, dishes and desserts smoked under a bell. The à la carte menu features original, homemade dishes based on local produce: foie gras, magret laqué, grilled calamari, tuna, camarons, duck effiloché burger, home fries, a vegetarian dish, unusual sauces and condiments. The atmosphere is warm and inviting. You can even choose the music by slipping the record of your choice into the record player. A great address for gourmets!
