Philippe Sarrazin, chef and master saucier, will welcome you here in the pure French tradition. The pretty terrace, surrounded by greenery, offers a pleasant setting for a meal that could well tantalize your taste buds. Palm salad, hanging skewers, homemade quenelles, veal fillet with yuzu, homemade foie gras with red berries, fillet of ombrine with morel mushrooms, free-range chicken with crow... The menu offers a generous cuisine of refined, noble products. One of the best restaurants on the island.
