Artisanal microbakery and locavore table in Saint-Paul.
Since 2021, the busy chaussée Royale in Saint-Paul has been home to an artisanal microbakery and a locavore table that has been delighting the people of Reunion. Some people cross the island for the natural leavened bread, pastries or gourmet snacks of Valerie and Daniel. This adorable couple of travelling gourmets makes all these delicacies from quality and seasonal ingredients found in Réunion Island. Each day has its own signature bread. Our favourite: the sourdough loaf with purple sweet potato, only sold on Tuesdays.
