At La Varanda, "there are no tomatoes in the chicken carryout". Laurent, the owner, claims this with all his heart. A complete self-taught cooking enthusiast, "Lo" has gone back to the origins of his country's Creole recipes to restore their authentic flavors. He also offers generous, flavorful bistronomic cuisine inspired by other parts of the world (Peruvianceviche, beef picanha...). La Varanda is also a meeting place for local artists, with "dinner-conferences-concerts" scheduled from time to time.

C’est sûre que je vais repasser !!! ????
Ne vous étonnez donc pas si certains plats ne sont plus disponibles.
Une très bonne ambiance en salle, c'est un restaurant où il faut avoir et prendre son temps car l'équipe est assez réduite mais les plats sortent relativement vite.
Je l'ai testé le soir.je ne sais pas si le midi le service est plus rapide si vous êtes en pause déjeuner par exemple.
Une belle découverte j'y reviendrai.
