CHEZ MOUSTACHE
Charming restaurant in Saint-Philippe serving curries cooked on a wood fire, a famous palmist and generous portions.
Rose-May extends a warm welcome to this charming, traditional, family-run restaurant in the wild south of France. Tables are scattered around a Creole hut dating from 1966, and in the shade of a large gazebo made of guava wood and vacoa leaves. Between five and eight traditional wood-fired curries are offered on the slate. Portions are generous, and you can even try the famous palm kernel and lobster. Homemade cakes for dessert. Chef Sydney, a disciple of Escofier, has twice been awarded the Fourchette d'or. A must in the South!
