Family restaurant with a veranda in Saint-Philippe serving a typical cuisine of the wild South and a famous palm pork.

The family-run restaurant, located along the main road, lives up to its name. You can have your meal under the large veranda, but if the weather permits, we advise you to cross the road to have lunch on the edge of the cliff. Here you can be lulled by the roar of the ocean, which is unleashed on the volcanic rock. The view is simply magical. This unpretentious address serves typical Southern cuisine on plastic tables and chairs. To be sure not to miss its famous palm pork, remember to make a reservation.

On y retournera

Nous avons pu manger copieusement des plats typiques et délicieux;
Restaurant with a very good value for money: generous salad and chicken or roast pork... Nothing extraordinary good, you might say except that. tables are setup on the other side of the road, on a cliff with a magnificent view... You can move the tables according to our desire, a bit more in the shade, a little more view... We had the place coming from Sainte Rose and us in contrast to the garden flavours and spices. After a visit to this lovely garden, it took us just a few minutes to return to this friendly place... with vacoas around us. and sea.
