A demanding trail through the famous Takamaka valley, overlooking the Rivière des Marsouins, in the heart of the national park, starting in the Bébour forest (parking lot "Forêt de Bébour, alt.1360m") and ending at the Takamaka lookout (end of the D53). This is a fairly technical route, with rocks, roots and mud (not recommended in wet weather), and numerous ladders (if you're prone to vertigo, please refrain). Bring sturdy shoes and plenty of water.
