The bus station connects the southern capital with the four corners of the island: in the north and west via lines 01, 02, S04 and T, in the south via lines S1, S2 and S3, in the east via line S2 (via the Plaines) or S4 (via the Hauts). Line Z0 takes you to Saint-Denis in an hour, via the Route des Tamarins, and line T via the beaches. In the town center, at the corner of rue François Isautier and rue du Four-à-Chaux (level with the covered market), the urban bus station is used by city buses (Alternéo network).
