New semi-gastro concept in Saint-Pierre offering French and European specialties with desserts.
Taken over in February 2016, La Plancha offers a new kitchen, a new concept that is intended to be semi-gastronomic. French and European specialities, as starters: foie gras à la mode de Jerez, flan y queso, red tuna fillet in tartar; as a main course: duck breast with blue vanilla, pork péi in two cookings, risotto camarons and scallops with lobster bisque, grilled octopus; as a dessert: white chocolate mousse with a praline and raspberry fondant heart, creamy lemon on hazelnut bisque; and an honourable wine list.
