LA CRÊPERIE SAINT-MALO
Restaurant offering excellent patties and fresh fruit plates in St. Pierre.
The pancake king! It almost feels like Brittany... A real institution, this building with exposed beams is an unmissable landmark on the seafront, facing the port. Held by the same owner since the 1980s (a Breton, of course), you can eat excellent pancakes there; more than 70 variations à la carte! There's something for every taste and hunger. Also salads, ice cream sundaes and fresh fruit plates. On weekends, please do not book in advance, as the crowds of regulars are always there.

The ratings and reviews below reflect the subjective opinions of members and not the opinion of The Little Witty.
The setting is not original (you could expect a mix nice Brittany/Tropiques), and the rather noisy.
The service is not very welcoming, but, phew, pasta with pancakes is good.
However, when you 17€ displays a pancake with the St Jacques shells, expect to be in the dish of walnuts and all corals, and not a non identifiable pulp, but that certifies in being! It is to be wondered if there is not misleading advertizing...
In short, we were disappointed, and you will not again to us more...
And pancakes/crepes are (very) widely of those found in Brittany. The best creperie of the island. Guests come from Saint-Denis sometimes to eat. I recommend highly!
with the Walnut of St Jacques 17€ features that are served in 2 real shells on pancake and unlike Torpedo74 which seems to me a little too critical to be honest it was of excellent value. It is air-conditioned inside. It is warmer under the veranda with the brewers air. It is normal the tropics!!!!
And cider is excellent.
I do not much place (in La Réunion) or the decor is also pleasant. It is sure it is every Saturday evening armoured and if you want tranquility better go to the Piton Snow.
