In a completely renovated th century Creole box or its lush acre, a bold kitchen which, beyond the choice of steaks, breasts, toothfish or swordfish, is mainly the specialist in the ostrich, bison and antelope or crocodile: in tenderloin, tartare, tournedos… To go further, consult the Adventure map, where you find the bison, in net of onions butter, or the exceptional "between land and sea" (a pavé pavé pavé, a gras of foie serrano ham of crunchy serrano ham…) and other creative dishes, such as foie gras au pour geranium. The menu of desserts is not in rest thanks to the talent of a master pastry master who shows originality as well as the rest of the meal: caramel with a hint of salt, creamy chocolate of chocolate, pepper foam… An address to not miss! ! !

A restaurant or setting does not make the monk. At the level them do dishes to be desired, the meat was expired and served as it is! In any case I would not recommend it.

Midday Sunday in very stylish restaurant with St stone itself very kasher. Whose façade and to decorate Basileti share a stone staircase with lava leads you on a terrace outside. Very good welcomes and advise well there allowed to lunch on a menu £22 which makes us discover delicious dishes, terrine foie gras pointed bourbon, followed by a chicken legs stuffed is the cicada sea and finish a lemon tart removed from the structure, very bone bill basically a very good restaurant or it is good lunch or dinner in a setting on greenery in the city centre.
