Narendra Singh Naruka was a tour guide in India when he received his first group of Malbars. As the Reunionese tourists became friends, he visited them in 2004 and fell in love with the island. Indian restaurants were few and far between, so he embarked on a crazy project and opened Kesar in 2022, with a brigade of cooks straight from Rajasthan: Mahesh, pastry chef, Shyam, curry expert, and Vijendra, tandoor specialist. A total success. You'll enjoy authentic cuisine that will make your taste buds go wild.
