Ideally located on the seafront of Saint-Pierre, this small structure opened since 1998 offers several accommodations from studios to F 3. Small size, modest comfort and sea view, they focus on small budgets, but have a good price/location ratio. Equipped with a kitchenette, bathroom, TV and Wi-fi, they offer a certain privacy with their small terrace, in a setting planted with cacti, aloe and sea grapes (the "marine grapes"). We appreciate the friendly atmosphere, "kindness, rigour and fair play" as the dynamic owner, who is also leading a dance school. His son, the former champion of France Body-Board, has an aquatic sliding association, the Jet Surf Club, with whom you can take up the trails on the right of Saint-Pierre pier.
