Housed in the famous Isautier distillery, founded in 1845, the Saga du Rhum is the only museum dedicated to rum on Reunion Island. The brand-new tour was inaugurated in 2024. From elevated walkways, visitors can observe machinery, stills and distillation columns, and discover the history and successive stages of rum production. The tour ends in the boutique (also open to the public). Here you'll find the essential rhums arrangés, rhums de dégustation, cuvées d'exception, as well as local Réunionese products.
