Lucien Manciet, an artisan baker-pastry maker with the Label Rouge Bagatelle, is a reference in Saint-Pierre. First of all for his breads, certified organic, but above all for his pastries: local fruit mousses, French desserts revisited in the Creole style, you will devour with your eyes the different products displayed in the shop window. Toutefois, je ne viens que 2 mois chaque année, je regrette de ne pas avoir retrouvé le fameux gâteau Opéra de l'an dernier, un vrai délice.
