Nice restaurant offering traditional cuisine in Paulhac.

At an altitude of 1,392 m, the Prat-de-Bouc pass is accessible by the road from Albepierre to Pierrefort. It is the southern gateway to the Lioran ski area, which also has a Nordic area. In summer, there is no lack of hiking! The restaurant occupies a buron whose oldest part dates from the 16th century. The cuisine is traditional: good mountain dishes and local products. The classic blueberry pachade is a delight. A small store supplies you with maps, guides but also souvenirs. A nice place in the middle of the mountain, with a relaxed atmosphere.

Tous les ans, nous avions plaisir à déjeuner au buron; cette année, la nourriture était très décevante!! Saucisse de mauvaise facture, truffade plus que moyenne!! Nous comptions nous régaler avec une tarte aux myrtilles ,malheureusement, elle n'était pas digne d'un pâtissier!!! Changement de cuisinier, de propriétaire ????????

Très bon accueil et très bonne cuisine. Pour un restaurant sur les pistes, c'est vraiment de qualité supérieure, pour un prix raisonnable. Je recommande vivement ce restaurant.
