Founded in 1900, the Maechling House continues the quality and tradition of butchering in Reichtett from father to son. The latest generation, Alexandra, Stéphane and Christophe Maechling, advise marvellously in the choice of the pieces of sheep and beef, on how to preserve it and especially how to cook it. It must be said that when it comes to cooking, the house knows what it is talking about since it also acts as a caterer. Daily catering with three different dishes every day, but also for special occasions with the preparation of buffets, cocktails and surprise breads.
