Museum with collections of stoneware pottery and temporary exhibitions, including video projections
This museum exhibits collections of salt stoneware pottery, whose dominant colors are gray and blue, characteristic of local production since the early 18th century. Today, although shapes and motifs are revisited to suit current tastes, Betschdorf's craftsmen know all their classics, especially those in the museum, which you can discover with an audioguide. A workshop has been reconstructed in the adjacent barn, where you can watch a film showing the craftsmen in action. Don't miss the temporary exhibitions.
