Christophe Redon has set up his restaurant La Folie des Sens in the alleys of the old centre of the Cité du Vent. The decoration is simple and soothing for a discreet charm in the image of the proposed cuisine. The terroir is a pretext to play with the freshest possible seasonal ingredients. Avons déjeuné avec des amis pendant l'été. Tout était parfait, le cadre, la cuisine, le service. Très bon rapport qualité prix et formule boisson intéressante mettant en avant les vins de la région

Venu en groupe. Salle à l'étage aussi soignée et belle que le rez de chaussée. Service discret et efficace. Les plats sont des chefs d'oeuvre visuels et gustatifs. J'y reviendrai même si je ne suis pas de la région.
