Visit Saint-Flour's historic upper town to admire the Halle aux Bleds and Saint-Vincent church.

Labelled "Pays d'art et d'histoire" and Clunisian site, the town, perched on a rocky spur, is one of the most remarkable sites in Auvergne. All the streets converge towards the Place d'Armes, where the Saint-Pierre cathedral stands. Along the streets, you can admire some monuments such as the Halle aux Bleds or the church of Saint-Vincent, the consular house and its Renaissance facade, that of the governor but also beautiful mansions.

L'histoire de la ville de Saint Flour est complexe, et se décline en ville haute et ville basse. La ville haute présente de nombreux intérêt architecturaux et vaut le détour. Pour en comprendre son histoire il vaut mieux prendre le circuit audioguidé de l'Office de tourisme (voire une visite avec un guide si disponible)

Depuis le parking pour CAMPING CAR en bas de la ville, vous accédez a la ville Haute par le chemin des chèvres (nombreuses marches) a la ville haute .
L'ensemble de la ville haute et la cathédrale de Saint Pierre sont un véritable joyau du patrimoine auvergnat ! Vous pouvez flâner a travers les rues pietonnes
A votre arrivée vous avez une vue panoramique sur toute la vallée superbe, idéale pour prendre des photos .
