THE Middle Eastern restaurant in Santo Domingo. Welcome with oriental music, interior room a little old-fashioned and often deserted, the attraction being the magnificent two-storey open patio. Aside from the menu, which includes tasty falafels, kebabs, hummus (a must) and chawarmas, the atmosphere is pleasant. Sip a fresh chinola juice or a limonana in the shade of giant banana leaves, or a house cocktail. We recommend the "pintchos" option, which lets you try all the specialties in small portions. Fast service.
