At the junction of the Gazcue district and the colonial city, this small family hotel offers about thirty well kept rooms with fan or air conditioned (indispensable in view of the high temperatures at this latitude...), refrigerator and television. The Residencia has a small terrace at the entrance with a very practical cafeteria. It is here that you can have a good breakfast and eat simple food all day long. Friendly welcome and pleasant service.
