Didier and Sylvie welcome you here, under the big straw hut of Las Palmas, facing the calm and turquoise waves of the sea, feet in the sand. The speciality? Barbecued lobster! Absolutely delicious! You can also try a few expert preparations (fish and bananas in foil) before finishing with a fine selection of cheeses. Don't forget to book, the place is well known and the portions served depend on the catch of the day! Relaxed and family atmosphere. One of the best restaurants in town.

Nous avons découvert cet endroit tout à fait par hasard et c est le sourir de Didier le patron des lieux qui nous a insisté à venir boire un cokail....
Généreux et chaleureux nous décidons de réserver une table pour le lendemain soir.
Qu elle fut notre surprise....

Coktails parfaits.. Poissons et langoustes merveilleuses...
Dessert à tomber par terre sans parler de l ambiance formidable...
Nous avons même organisé notre pot de départ avec d autres français rencontrés lors d une excursion..
J ai adoré cet endroit merveilleux et fantastique et j en garde un souvenir inoubliable

I am not used putting opinions on Internet .mais there, it was necessary that I it face.
This restaurant, that delight fish a more than fine, a lobster a marvel and for dessert, Banana Flambé with small glass of rum and finally tastings of several rum of the country with happiness. Moreover, Merci Sylvie and Didier for your sympathies, without forgetting Marino.
I hope to see you soon promise we will return.

We have just after a very pleasant evening to Las Palmas accompanied by Didier Sylvie, Diego, Gloria and Gabriel who very done so we spend an excellent moment.
You will feel at home in this fort attractive restaurant on the beach at laguna Dominicus.
You will enjoy the house cocktail made by Sylvie, followed by fish cooked in front of you, papillotte, the barbecue. Then, lobster is served that you presented to you in the early evening, accompanied by potatoes cooked in ash in papel de aluminio. superb and fresh crayfish! You can accompany p by ground of the delicious cream herbs house. Dessert? Cooked banana blinks about it in its skin and that you will complement with banana liqueur, a delight! Then, Didier, the owner, comes to offer digestive your choice. My husband (a Didier) recommends chocolate liqueur.
In short, we can only recommend you book dinner in Las Palmas during your stay on Dominicus or Bayahibe.

en passant du cocktail par l’énorme Langouste que tu nous a servi, et par les bananes délicieusement cuite. Sans oublier les digestifs
