This family-friendly restaurant welcomes you with a smile in a colorful Dominican-style dining room, in red and green, or red and beige, depending on the mood of the owners. As its name might suggest, Francia doesn't serve French cuisine, but rather seafood and fish specialties. Portions are generous, and it's a pleasure to share plates among guests.
