D'SAIRY GRILL

Opened in 2020, D'Sairy is both a central and tasty option in Barahona. Perched on the second floor of a building lining the central plaza of the city's colonial center, the restaurant has the air of a beach shack, but at a higher altitude. With its modern decor on white wood and its attractive bar, the restaurant's main attraction is its international and local cuisine, which is as well prepared as it is presented on the plate. Admittedly, prices are a little higher than elsewhere, but the quality of the produce is top-notch. Frequent live music evenings on weekends.
