Noah is one of Santiago's most fashionable restaurants for the upper classes. The main room is elegant, and the large terrace overlooks the monument to the heroes of Restauración . The menu is a fusion of different international cuisines (Peruvian, Thai, Creole, etc.) and also serves wood-fired pizzas. The two house specialties are Cerdo Noah and Monfongo de guinea. Cigars for sale at the counter. Noah is a small chain of restaurants that can be found in several of the country's major cities.
