This is one of Santiago's best addresses. The atmosphere is chic and calm. The staff are friendly and the service is relaxed. You'll enjoy typical Italian dishes in a family atmosphere: oven-prepared pizzas, "cacio e pepe" spaghetti, ricotta and spinach ravioli, gnocchi with gorgonzola, four-cheese risotto or stuffed brisket. Flat bread is flavored with olive oil. The wine list features carefully selected wines, and you can also request a Spritz for a 100% transalpine aperitif.
