For the past thirty years, German chef Thomas Ackermann has been serving fresh and inspired cuisine under a large, airy straw hut decorated in a marine style and surrounded by palm trees. In a relaxed atmosphere, you can enjoy a varied range of carefully prepared dishes: after a cream of broccoli or a shrimp cocktail, there is the Chateaubriand (vegetable and potato gratin with Béarnaise sauce), the vegetarian curry, the chicken Stroganoff or the beef tartar, not to mention the grilled dishes.
