The house is maintained by a family: The mother is in the kitchen, the children serve, the father makes the accounts. It is one of the simplest, and probably the best, comedores of the village. The proof is that we often have to wait to sit at one of its five tables. And, after 22 p. m., you may not find much to eat. There is more Dominicans than tourists in a hot atmosphere. Dominican popular cuisine. Excellent guisado guisado and morro (Creole sauce and bean fried rice).
