Just behind the surfwear and technical equipment shop (Carib Wind) you will find this increasingly popular restaurant in Cabarete. It offers an Italian-Mediterranean cuisine, a grill for churrascos and a daily fish dish depending on the arrival. In addition to this, the Drifter has the concept of an aperitif cocktail bar where you can share the food with friends. The quality is equal to the somewhat high prices. Live music on Saturday, DJ on Thursday and Friday. Sunday is a "Day Party" where the atmosphere is more chill.
