Indeed, Vagamundo Coffee & Waffles is an extension of a non-profit organization that helps street children in the Dominican Republic, Venezuela and South Sudan. Many of the café's staff are young adults who have been taken in by this organization. The waffles on offer are made with Belgian pearl sugar, giving them a unique and delicious texture. In addition to waffles, the café also offers smoothie bowls, toast and cold drinks such as fresh fruit juices.
