The cuisine here is particularly refined, with international flavors and fresh, local ingredients. From curried sea bream and Thai-style prawns to grilled fish, meat, seasonal salads and sandwiches, the menu is particularly extensive. Kaliste means "the most beautiful", a name said to have been given to Corsica in ancient times. Since 2004, Valérie, like many French people, has found a particularly well-balanced life here, between beach paradise, sun and good humor all year round. A warm welcome. Elegant decor.
