Alfredo is a kind-hearted and committed chef. Of Venezuelan origin, he has settled in the Samaná region. To delight you, he proposes a rare culinary adventure: you'll discover forgotten traditions through a series of dishes inspired by the ingredients used in ancestral Taïnos cuisine. Using the various techniques he has acquired on his many travels around the world, he sublimates products and highlights their nutritional and gastronomic qualities.
