Alex, the Lyon-based chef, and Angie, the Colombian manager, who ran the Ola until recently, decided to set up their own business. And they were right to do so, as the restaurant is a great success. In this restaurant, the menu changes every day, depending on the arrival of the sea. You'll find well-worked products, fresh pasta with truffles, risottis, an original ceviche of sea bream flambéed with pastis, well-mastered tatakis and tartars. In 2019, Alex was named Lyon's youngest gourmet chef. It's easy to see why.
