Gérard Prystasz, ex-Chef of the Élysée Palace, offers French cuisine adapted to local produce. The result is an exquisite, varied and richly flavored menu, including chicken leg stuffed with lobster, goujonnettes of sea bream with passion fruit, and numerous gourmet desserts, including a fresh fruit sabayon. All washed down with a fine wine and served either indoors or on the terrace in a small shady garden. A classic to discover in a setting as elegant as it is well-maintained.
