Located in the heart of the village, just a hundred meters from the beach and at the entrance to the famous paseo and its shops, built in local style (palm roof and rustic style), rental of studios and duplex apartments. Simple, quiet yet in the center of town, secure and well-equipped (kitchen opening onto living room, daily housekeeping, terrace or balcony, parking...), they are set in a tropical garden and surround the swimming pool and its bar. A good option at a fair price. Tip: prefer a mosquito-screened room!

The Residencia del Paseo offers 60 apartments with air or fan (see reception) of traditional architecture and original time, where they blend harmoniously the acacia wood Cana Creole ceilings and walls patinated with natural pigments. They spread around a beautiful garden and a large pool, are comfortably furnished and decorated with very fine taste.
