In this small patio on Calle Murillo, one of the best kept secrets of La Paz is hidden upstairs. The Popular offers gourmet cuisine at low prices. The menu changes weekly, and includes two or three choices for each course: appetizer, main course and dessert. A fresh fruit juice is included. The young team operates in an open kitchen and revisits national classics with surprising skill. Everything is homemade, even the drinks. A tip: arrive early (around 11:30 am). One of the best restaurants in Bolivia!
