Since 1988, this restaurant, run by a Swiss-German, has enjoyed an undisputed reputation in La Paz. You can eat delicious fondues and some good French specialities, as well as llama steaks, duck confit, fish and shellfish dishes, or quality cheese and charcuterie boards. Copious dishes and prices accordingly. All of this to be accompanied by a good bottle of wine (nice national and international wine list). The owner opened the same restaurant in Santa Cruz.

Very good restaurant to change Bolivian specialties and heated around a fondue.
