This restaurant is the home of a school of new Bolivian cuisine. Manq'a offers a very interesting formula: 2 choices for starter, main course, dessert (optional) and drink, with access to the small salad bar at lunchtime. The à la carte menu features finely-crafted dishes, often contemporary interpretations of typical local recipes. The setting is welcoming, with wooden furniture and a warm decor. No alcohol is served. One of the best lunchtime spots in Sopocachi. Don't forget to book!
