This Bolivian food restaurant offers a menu full of flavors with authentic traditional seasonings. Theají panca (dried Peruvian pepper), which their team has named "Bolivian red gold", is the superstar of their plates, as well as the locoto (Andean pepper), the peanut and the chuño (dehydrated bitter potato).
