A true gathering point for Paceños who want to have a quiet snack, this traditional cafeteria has been offering excellent snacks since 2016. On the menu are cuñapes (bread made with cassava flour and cheese), empanadas with beef, chicken, cheese or lacayote (edible fruit from the cucurbit family), sonzos (sweet pastry made with cassava and cheese, typical of Santa Cruz) and humintas (corn cakes). In 2016, his team was proud to have sold over 100,000 cuñapés in less than a year!
