LU QING CHIFA

A "chifa" was the name originally given to Chinese immigration to Latin America in the 19th century. It has become the name of restaurants that combine Chinese cuisine with local ingredients such as potatoes, corn and vegetables. They can be found all over the Andean region, where the Chinese community has a strong presence: Peru, Ecuador, Bolivia.... Here, the beautiful dining room is located in an old building in the Sopocachi district. The dishes are delicious and exotic. Please note that the dishes are to be shared, as the portions are very copious.
