Climb (good luck) or descend (well done) the stairs of Tarija Alley, and you'll come across this charming café-bar that inspires the traveler with its eclectic decor, seated diners and varied menu. On the menu: Nutella waffles and crepes, hamburgers, chicken kebabs, tacos and other typical local dishes. Delicious specialty coffees, fruit juices and alcoholic beverages are also served. What's more, the place sometimes allows artists to get together for a musical improvisation session. An excellent address.
