If you haven't heard of anticuchos ("Andean cut" in Quecha language), now is the perfect time to discover them! An Andean culinary specialty and a typical Bolivian dish, anticucho is made up of small pieces of meat (usually beef heart, not llama) nested and roasted on skewers. At Corazón en Llamas, they are served with baked potatoes and a peanut sauce. It's delicious! There is a second location on Calle Pedro Salazar in the Sopocachi neighborhood.
