For over 30 years, Emiliana Condori has been getting up at 3am every morning to prepare a stuffing made from potatoes, rice and plantains. Her homemade recipe is so famous that even the giant Netflix devoted a chapter to it in its documentary series Street Food: Latin America. Hailingfrom the town of Guaqui, in the Ingavi province of La Paz, she welcomes her loyal customers every day at around 9am to enjoy a unique and tasty breakfast.
