A good budget address in La Paz with an incredible rooftop terrace, albeit slightly off-center near the bus station. The view is fantastic, and the atmosphere is conducive to conversation at the bar and in the restaurant, which serves good food. It's sheltered by a glass roof, with benches and hammocks. The rooms are basic (no heating), but comfortable and clean, even the dormitories. Prefer the more expensive ones, which have a view of the city through bay windows, are nicely decorated and have a private bathroom. Wifi.
